I love me a latte!

Ingredients:

Lattes can be packed with many health benefits, if prepared with quality ingredients. Dr. Ange’s two favorites are a must try!

MATCHA LATTE OR CHAI CHAGA LATTE

1-2 tsp pure matcha powder OR 1.5 Tbsp chai chaga mix (recipe below)

1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste, but keep sweetener to a minimum)

1 scoop collagen powder (recommend Vital Proteins, Designs for Health, Vital Nutrients)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup nut, oat, or pasture-raised dairy milk

1 cup hot water

Mix the first 5 ingredients with a handheld frother. I do this in a travel mug to prevent a splashy mess. Top with hot water. Enjoy!

Love a pumpkin chai latte? Make it happen by mixing 2 tablespoons of pure canned pumpkin to your chai latte! Yum!

CHAGA CHAI MIX - CAFFEINE FREE!

5 Tbsp ground cinnamon

5 Tbsp ground chaga

4 Tbsp ground ginger

2 Tbsp ground cardamom

1 tsp ground cloves

1 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground black peppercorns

Combine and store in a glass jar
