Elderberry Gummies

Ingredients:

1.5 cups elderberry syrup

4 T grass fed gelatin

  1. Put ingredients in small sauce pan.

  2. Let the gelatin sit for a few minutes on top of the syrup (helps it to dissolve), then mix.

  3. Heat sauce pan on the stove on medium-low heat, stirring with a metal or wooden spoon until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

  4. Pour into molds, silicon ice cube trays, or a pan (can be cut into bite sized pieces)

  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until gelatin sets.

  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days… if they last that long!
